25ft, 1989 Salem Cobra Trailer, for Sale or Rent (morgan hill) $2000

I have this trailer for sale that searved me well for 4 years after moving out of my house that we sold in 04'. It's got a big bed in back, it's like a king size bed because it's a queen with extra room around the sides. It has a folding couch and a swivel chair, TV, VCR, in the middle and a office/kitchen in the front.

The office part of this combo is a door that fits across the whole area where the nook used to be which allows room for an office chair and works like a big desk or a kitchen tabel, I still have the cushions and the original tabel for the nook in storage, but I like this setup because it gives me enough room for whatever, PC, stereo, big monitor, and office chair.

The kitchen has a re-conditioned fridg, big size, sink, stove, oven, microwave etc...
The whole trailer has nice wood cabinets with plenty of room for storage, the carpet is not damaged, and the linolyum floors are in good shape too. The furnace works good, new water heater which has a button inside to start. AC works great and the lights and all electronics thruout are working great.

I'm going to throw in a barbque, toaster, microwave, as well as pots and pans etc.... So give me a call.

We use a method of agriculture called the “New Deep Hoeing Husbandry.” The Deep Hoeing Husbandry was developed by Jethro Tull in 1731 as an improvement to L.J. Columella’s Hoeing Husbandry. The New Deep Hoeing Husbandry improves upon the work of Jethro Tull by completely eliminating the requirement for herbicide, pesticide and fertilizer. The practice requires a matrix of aisles and beds (usually of the same width). The aisles are tilled deeply (at least six inches deep and sometimes as much as 24 – 48 inches deep) and regularly (at least three times per year and sometimes as much as weekly). All living creatures in the field – whether they are domesticated or wild – are encouraged with food, water and shelter, and in locations where there is a “winter” season where most creatures are dormant, no tillage is undertaken upon the beginning of the dormant season. Biodiversity is increased as much as possible: multiple crops are planted in each bed to increase biodiversity, and for the same reason weeds and other “pests” are tolerated. Climax vegetation is achieved through cultivation, and eventually a stable self-sustaining ecological rainforest ensues.

The New Deep Hoeing Husbandry presents the most modern and scientific form of agriculture, one which employs land not only for human use, but for the benefit of all living creatures of the biosphere. It enjoys negative carbon gain, can reclaim even the worst polluted soils within weeks or months into excellent farmland, and enjoys increasing yields over time.

The requirement of fertilizer is eliminated because the aeration of the soil (combined with what rain or irrigation water is available) results in a mineralization of those chemicals which plants rely upon for nutrition. The soil is looser after tillage, making it easier for plants to eat. And, by tilling close to roots (sometimes even within an inch from a plant), the roots are cut in a way that they send forth into the newly-loosened soil “new” roots that have more “mouths” per inch and are better at ingesting nutrition. Weeds do not starve the crops because all the plants can reach the nutritious aisles – even from the middle of the beds.

Water efficiency is also improved because the soil is made to be more porous: what water falls upon the ground is more easily retained and the water vapor of the air condenses in the new cavities of the land. The weeds, trees and other deep-rooted crops pull water from deep beneath the surface for their own surface roots to use in ingestion, and in doing so, allow domesticated crops to parasitically use the water as well.

Noxious weeds are controlled through biodiversity: they are out competed by the healthy vegetation (“vegetation” is an ecological term to describe the macroorganism of flora upon a landscape) and ecology (a term used to describe the macroorganism of flora and fauna). Similarly, no pests destroy crops: what creatures might harass the plants and animals under cultivation are controlled by the pressures of biodiversity and biodensity.

We raise our chickens in such a way that they are unharassed by the felines, canines and other predators that would normally be adversarial to them. We allow our roosters to live (they defend and herd the hens even better than we can – and the hens lay more with roosters singing to them!). We provide them sanitary coops that mimic the jungle trees they would normally seek shelter in. We allow them to range our entire farm and seek out what dainties they please (and feed them a balanced diet of whole grains in the morning to boot). We take them to the vet when they are sick. We train them to voice command so they can be held in case they are injured and have taken the time to learn what all their songs mean so we can understand their needs better. Each one of our birds has a name. Their wings and talons have never been clipped. Our veterinarians are directed to make all efforts– even if it is unprofitable to do so – to preserve the bird’s life and health because we believe that it is our obligation to care for our domesticated animals to the full extent possible.

Our geese, quail, ducks and other fowl are raised similarly, but they do not necessarily roost as our chickens do. Most of these birds normally would seek the shelter of an open field or low shrubs. We provide our geese a house in which they can lay down in safety: we say goodnight, close the door and sometimes together sing a song. Our geese love their house and in the evening will find us wherever we are on the farm to tell us it’s time to go to sleep. The “goodnight song” of our geese and quick march to bed is a regular joy. We do not name our geese because they are very hard to tell apart…

Our bees we raise using the methods developed by Ormond Abei, who won the world’s record for honey production twice (beating his own first record). He uses the standard bee houses in such a way that they emulate the old, dead or dying trees that bees love to live in. Stacking them tall, he allows the bees to build a cylindrical home inside the frames. He took the time to learn how to talk to his bees, and was better able to care for them this way, whether it was by providing them a larger house, some supplementary feed in the spring or autumn, or even providing sign posts or addresses on their bee houses to help them navigate. We do not name each bee (there are thousands and millions of them), but do try to keep up on “bee politics” by learning whether or not the bees have chosen for themselves a new queen, or if they are looking for a prince (drone), and otherwise keep up with the local happenings inside our apiary. Generally, our bees are happiest when we leave them alone, and so we do just that: like good landlords, they only know we’re around when it’s time for them to pay rent.

When extracting our honey comb (we do not sell pressed honey), we make sure that there are no infant bees in the comb (by excluding the queen from the chambers we are going to harvest from). We never extract more honey than the bees have extra to share. Though some beekeepers will kill male and female bees, we allow our bees to produce both drones and new queens - and are happy to provide the new colony a home nearby its mother.
