Brother LASER MFC-9600 multi function printer/fax/scanner / $80 / Scotts Valley by Santa Cruz

I have an extra all in one LASER printer/scanner/fax/copier to sell since I recently purchased a new unit. This is a good machine and a very good buy and it includes the paper Owners Manual and you can download all the drivers online from www.brother.com in their support section. This all in one unit can be used by both Windows and Macintosh computers. Located in Scotts Valley by Santa Cruz, no shipping possible for this unit, must be picked up.

Prior to buying my new printer I bought TWO NEW TONERS CARTRIDGES AND LASER DRUM CARTRIDGES. They couple together as a set for printing and generally you only replace the toner, but I wanted backup for it so I bought two of each which are worth about $300 but I got a discount price of $105 each set. The used cart and drum are included in the count. I will sell the extra cartridges separately for a total of $130 if not purchased with the printer.

It works and functions as a full-featured, stand-alone plain-paper fax. It has dual access, 8MB memory, capable of storing up to 700 pages for out-of-paper reception, broadcasting or memory transmission applications. There's a built-in auto document feeder, letter/legal paper cassette, and a second optional cassette. The flatbed design also allows you to fax from the document glass. The Brother MFC-9600 is a cleverly designed multi-function machine that has more capability than any other in its class. It is a fixed-platen digital copier with automatic page feeder, 12 page per minute laser printer rather than ink jet, much lower cost per page than most competing brands, full featured fax machine, 600 x 1200 dpi color scanner, and even a video frame grabber. All of this, except the frame grabber, is implemented through a standard parallel port.
