Recycled and new stairlifts, porch lifts, ramps, wheelchair lifts

We at eVator provide a service to find and/or supply you with a stair lift, porch lift, wheelchair lift or dumbwaiter, either recycled or new, and for the lowest price available. We’ll do the legwork for you!

• we supply donated lifts to low income needs. The lift is free, but there is a labor fee.
• for those who would like to donate a lift for low income individuals, we will pick up the lift at no charge. We are not a registered charity, so we cannot offer a tax deduction, but you will have the satisfaction of knowing you helped someone in need.
• we offer a free service to pick up, refurbish, and re-sell your used stair lift, porch lift, or wheelchair lift for you on a consignment basis. Note: please do not uninstall the lift yourself. It does not cost you anything to let one of our trained technicians do it for you!
• New rental program! If you only need a lift for a few months, save money by renting instead of buying. Call for more details.
• Stairlifts carry 300-500 lbs, depending on the model you choose. A stair lift is a comfortable seat which carries a person up the stairs. They attach to the steps, not the wall. If your stairway makes turns, we can also provide special custom-shaped stairlifts which will follow whatever turns your stairway makes, from the bottom to the top. (Note: there are no recycled custom-shaped stairlifts, each one can only fit the stairway it was originally made for).
• Wheelchair lifts (aka “porch lifts” or “exterior elevators”) can carry 550-750 lbs, depending on the model. They install on a hard surface—usually concrete—and safely lift you up to your landing, porch, deck, or even up to the 2nd or 3rd floor of your home. If needed, we can make adjustments to your porch or deck, and have concrete poured where necessary to support the lift.
• Stairway box carriers to lift anything you can think of (up to 300 lbs) up the stairs—boxes, furniture, groceries, whatever you can fit into it!
• Dumbwaiters will fit in almost any size shaftway or closet area, carry up to 200 lbs, and travel 2 or 3 floors. Shaftway construction available.
• Scooters and powerchairs by Pride Mobility. We will match or beat almost any price, even low internet deals.
• Vehicle lifts so you can carry your scooter or powerchair with you when you go out. These often require a trailer hitch on your vehicle. We also have lifts which stay out of sight inside your car.
• Ramps: portable aluminum ramps are lightweight and designed to be removable (some models fold like a suitcase) or permanent ramps, which can be built of wood, aluminum or concrete. Permanent ramps are required by law to be built on a 1:12 scale… they must not be steeper than 1 inch of rise for every 12 inches of length, which is a 5° slope.

**Please note we almost never have used portable ramps in stock, primarily because they are fairly inexpensive, and once people buy them, they generally keep them.

• Hillside lifts if you live on a steep section of land, we can install a lift up your hillside to carry almost anything. This lift can also turn corners! Maximum 45° slope.
• Custom lifts of any type- if you have an unusual circumstance, or simply need to find a way to move people (or items) from point A to B, we’ll find you a solution. We like to think outside the box—and we love a challenge!
