The Owner warrants to the best of his/her knowledge and belief, the aforesaid property is free of any additional faults or deficiencies which would affect its safe, dependable operation under normal and prudent usage. Any known deficiencies would be listed above.

RENTAL PERIOD & RATE – Owner agrees to rent the above-described property,

The Renter further agrees the rented property: [1] shall not be used beyond any rated capacity; [2] shall not be used for any illegal purpose; [3] shall not be used in any manner for which it was not designed, built, or designated by the manufacturer; [4] shall not be used in a negligent manner; [5] will not be operated by any other person without the written permission of the Owner.

INSURANCE – The Renter hereby agrees that he/she shall fully indemnify the Owner for any and all damage to or loss of the rented property and any accessories or related equipment during the term of this Agreement whether caused by fire, theft, flood, vandalism, or any other cause, except that which shall be determined to have been caused by a fault or deficiency of the rented property, accessories, or equipment.

RETURN OF PROPERTY TO OWNER – The Renter hereby agrees to return the rented property, including any and all accessories/equipment to the Owner no later than _____________________(date/time)

SOLVENCY / BANKRUPTCY - Renter represents to the owner that he/she is not insolvent, and should Renter become insolvent, Renter will return all equipment to Owner immediately.

THE PARTIES AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING - The above parties made contact with each other using website “RentMyStuff.blogspot.com” which is not a party to this contract, implicitly nor explicitly, and this fact is being expressly accepted and recognized by both parties. Furthermore, the above company does not provide any services directly or indirectly bound by this agreement. RMS only makes available to the public a database of items for Rent, without officially checking the credentials of the Owners, the Renters or the quality of the Items for Rent. Therefore, the parties to this agreement accept that they can not hold RentMyStuff.blogspot or its Author or owners liable, either directly or indirectly, in the event of litigation, damages, or any other dispute resulted from making and carrying out this agreement.
