Description

AIMCO, one of the nation’s largest property management companies is currently seeking an experienced and outgoing Leasing Consultant for our Apartment Community in Redwood City (110 units).

Strong customer service and sales skills with professional attitude and appearance are a must. Responsible for all activities related to apartments rentals and resident retention
Answer phones and greet both current and prospective residents using phone sales script)
Qualify prospective residents and complete required paperwork.
Assist current resident with services requests and other concerns with a professional, helpful and courteous attitude.
Assist associates in tending to all functions of the Leasing Office.
Follow up with prospective residents.
Tour prospective residents showing all amenities of the community and the apartment homes.
Lease apartment homes and enter a variety of information into computer programs.
Comply with all State, Local and Federal Fair Housing and ADA laws.

Qualifications

Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent telephone etiquette
Strong communication and sales skills
Flexible energetic and organized
Able to work weekends
Ability to multi-task, quickly adapt to change, and team player
Outgoing, warm and friendly
Familiar with AMSI, Yardi or RentRoll a plus
Microsoft Outlook / Office
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
